Application Process

Prospectus and Application forms can be obtained from the institute’s admission office, at a cost of Rs. 1200/- (Rupees One Thousand and Two Hundred Only) in favour of “AIMS Institute of Management Studies.” Payable at Pune, alternatively the student can download the application form from the institute website and courier the same, along with the demand draft to the institute. Incomplete form will not be accepted.

Selection Procedure

• Candidates must have valid score in any of the entrance test conducted for admissions to Post Graduate Programs viz CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA/CET/BMAT/CMAT/SNAP etc., or any entrance test conducted at national level for admission to PG courses. (including deemed universities)


• The applications shall be screened by Central Admission Team and applicants shall be intimated about their GD & PI dates and centers.


• All the aspiring candidates have to go through Group Discussion and Personal Interview.


• Shortlisted candidates will be intimated and will have to go through counseling at AIMS, Pune.


• Admission to the institute is subject to positive verification of the records/documents as mention in application form.


• All selected candidates taking up admission to AIMS have to mandatorily submit an undertaking and/or indemnity to be signed both by the student and the parent agreeing to conform to the rules and the code of conduct.


• In case the candidate has not appeared for any national level test, then he / she will have to appear for AIMS entrance test.

 

Eligibility

• A graduate from any statutory university with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks at graduation level. (40% marks for SC/ST candidates)


• Students in the final year of graduation can apply but their admission will be subject to their obtaining a minimum of 45% aggregate mark in their graduation.


• Diploma holders are not eligible.
