A lot has been said about Training & Placements over last decade. The views, intentions and plans of the institute and Placement Cells, most of the times is a monologue. We strongly feel that the intentions can be reality only when the students are willing and in alignment with the Vision of the institute. The change in a student needs be inspired and not forced. The forced changes do not last long. We, here, do not believe in some make-shift arrangements to achieve placement targets; our goal is to awaken a need of change within the students and work with them to achieve their goals. Such self-inspired discipline and focus last for a lifetime. Each individual has something special in them. We help them explore their strengths. We focus on the strengths of the students and while keeping the same in mind, we collectively work on their areas of improvements. We have regular one- onone interaction with each student, formally and informally. The students are given feedback and time-frame for improvement. We, then, review them periodically. We believe in long lasting personal changes for better living. We inspire and empower the students to take initiative. We train them on values like team-spirit, honesty, integrity, responsibility and truthfulness. These values will help them not only to be committed professionals but also better humans. We also guide them in their time-management skills. From each batch, we select a few students, based on their personal interviews, and make them a part of the Career Management Team. These students are not volunteers, but we treat them as professionals. These students are assigned responsibility of different task and events; they collectively appoint a leader for individual task or event, and carry out the execution. This proactive team is capable of executing any event successfully without any supervision. What makes it more special is the cooperation and help they get from all other students. Their collective efforts display their belief in team and each student understands the virtue of team-spirit. This brochure gives a brief insight into AIMS; and its value and belief system. It contains information which will help you decide on your association with us. However, there is more! There are experiences which can be felt and not read. These young minds are eager to learn from the industry leaders like you; your journey and experiences will motivate and encourage them to pursue their career path. Our job doesn't end when a student is employed with an organization; that's, actually, the beginning. We have a vision to see them as content individuals leading top business houses globally; and we ensure we provide them strong base at AIMS. We need your support to realize our vision.

The team is headed by Mr. Manish Sinha, who has 10 years of experience in placements and provided human resource consultancy to Fortune 500 companies. He is the founder member of AIMS Institute of Management studies.
